I'm sure I'm not the only person who has the worst luck with themed pets. Even with the Perfume, I barely encounter any.

What I was thinking would be to have Themed Egglings in the Festival Shops. For a decent amount of Festival Currency, allow the users to buy either a Random Themed Eggling or for a slightly higher price, allow users to buy a definite species of Themed Eggling. Essentially the same as the Nests, you have no idea what your genes are, whether it's male or female, just that it's a Themed from the event.

This way, if you're dedicated and constantly grinding, you can still get a Themed or two, even if your luck is horrid.

I am not into themed pets myself, but I know how does it feel to have no luck in getting something rare and random. so, support.

I second, okay third, this idea. Especially since it could make Tamed Themed Puffadores a reality!

As a point of view from a neph lover, this would definitely break the tamed themed neph economy. Even if it was like say what, 50k tokens to buy one, if this was a thing I'm pretty sure there will be ~20 tamed themed nephs in game by the end of the fest, not including the ones we could encounter in the zone.

I also think, from a normal player's view, that it could dis-encourage some people, who are in the festival zone solely to catch themed pets.
So I'm sorry, but I cannot support this idea.
