Was just thinking it might be neat if you put a tooltip on the advent calendar items that says where you normally get them from. For the diamond-shop items, maybe it'd help increase your sales when people use the freebie ones and discover they like them.

i was thinking that all items for days past should be available no matter what day it is. so that way if u miss a day u can still collect the item from that day.

That would take away from the purpose of an advent calendar. It is a reward for logging on!

I think I've been on a site before that if you missed multiple days, you were allowed to go back and select one day to get the advent from. I think that's how it worked. It's been a while. Anyway, something like that might be nice since you still have to show up most ever day but if just some sorta thing comes along and you just weren't able to then that might be a nice option to have.

Similar to Sav, I've been on sites before that allowed you to go back and get missed days, but it was not free. One site required you to used the premium currency to open missed days' doors, another allowed you to use the game's free currency, but for every missed day that you wanted to open, the amount went up. I could see either of these options being acceptable for gaining missed days' prizes. I would not, however, think that being able to come on on December 24th and open the whole month for free would be a good option for the site at all. It would negate the idea of logging on every day. With a paid option, however, it still encourages you to log on everyday, but if you miss one because of real life, well you can still get that prize, you just have to pay a bit to get it.

Going back to the original topic of this thread, I think Aizar's idea is pretty good!
