The 2 traits really go together, but one doesn't often find them on the same Nixi! So instead of putting him for public sale, I thought I'd troll for Steampunk fans. Ping me if you'd like to buy him.

Steampunk looks pretty good on this Theme. Hm. So do Mystic Orbs--
--and a Greater Mutator would give this boy Mystic Orbs. Just sayin'.
