Scientist discovered mew..the most unknown pokemon is the world..They have taken some of his DNA and have tried to clone him.That was a disater.So they Decided to try again but with other pokemon.They took children from families and stuck Pokemon DNA into them.They hid them from their families in a 'sanctuary'.Some of the parents got together and broke their kids out.After doing this they realized that the scientist would come for them and that they could never live a normal life.They found a deserted island hidden in the Alola Region.They built a Safe Heaven for the children....The HIdden Heaven.
No legendary hybrids were saved....they work for the scientist.(Probably will make an Rp for that side later on)
They hybrids living in the heaven are allowed to have the MAX of 2 pokemon...but there are pokemon wandering about the heaven.

I may or may not later make an RP for them..because they would be the most heavily guarded it would have been hard to break them out...so not for this one Shayni
