Players often need to breed a pet of a specific gender for whatever purpose, whether it be project breeding or just specific gender requests. Unfortunately, some of those players are incredibly unlucky as far as getting the gender they desire (namely, me), and it becomes incredibly frustrating waiting upwards of a month for that one darned pet. Of course, we could spend our life's savings of diamonds on philters of gender swapping, but I think there could be an easier way. Introducing: the Philter of Influence.

Available in the scale shop, it would increase the chances of hatching a certain gender by anywhere from 10 to 30%. Non-stackable. That way, we'd just have to toil away on the nurturing page for a while. But if we were feeling incredibly lazy and thought one hundred diamonds was only a bit too much for a pet of a certain gender, a Greater Philter of Influence may help. It would be in the diamond shop for, say, half that, and it would increase chances by somewhere between 50 and 75%.

If all of this is pointless and you all prefer your Philter of Gender-Swapping, then feel free to tell me! I simply thought of this as a way for us poor, diamond-less players to escape the fate of waiting ten years for one pet (yes, that's a hyperbole). Remember, it wouldn't replace the Philter of Gender-Swapping, it would just reduce its use in breeding.

Oh I love this! I have breeding pairs and sometimes people request a spastic gender. Unfortunately it always seems to me that when I want a female hatch all I get that month are males....or vice versa.
