I regenned this pet: https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=3126809
She had I believe 10 points, and I picked what you see as the visual traits, plus several carried traits. The carried traits are completely gone!
I would really like to get those back. Her mate had all the carried traits go through, and I wanted surprise babies with different traits, which I can't get with one mate having no traits and the other having all carried traits.

That pet hasn't been tested so the carried trait can't be seen, but are actually there. You need to have the pet tested so you can see the carried traits.
