How do you level up hatchlings because some of my hatchlings hatched and were level 0 then a few days l check on them and see their level 3-6 please help am confused so much on why it happened

They haven't levelled up - they hatched that way.
I went and checked the lineages of the pets that were levelled, and they had parents who were of significant levels (I think one of them was level 55). If the mother and father of a hatchling are levelled to a certain extent, then the hatchling will be too :)
