What will happen to all my seeds that are still growing at the end of the festival?

Usually if you have planted seeds, they continue to grow up after the festivals, and you can have the eggs once the plant is fully grown.

they will be auto taken and made into pets. it might take a while for them to reach your hatchery, but they will.

Thanks for correcting me (I know usually there are still some days after the fest when you can buy things with fest currencies and take care of the plants), but yes, if this delay is past the eggs are still given to you... One day. =)
