Why should you capture and keep wolves?

Wolves help pull your sled and will protect you loyally when trained. Also, if trained enough will go out in packs and hunt for you.


If you capture a pup watch out! the mother might be near and the fight nastily! But, if you succeed in getting the pup you may get a rewarding surprise!

If you try to capture alphas be careful of the males and other pack members. They fight visciously, but will be great leaders to your team.

If you try to capture sick wolves they will go with you for a bit of the right meat and some water. They are easy to catch, but hard to find.

Inventory:

Everyone starts out with:
1 seal skin blanket (20 uses)(This can be repaired if you find a rare seal.)
2 packs of caribou jerky (10 uses a pack)(can be used to feed your wolves or yourselves.)
4 pounds of frozen meat (2 uses)(used to feed your starting huskies. Make sure to find wolves within the first day! Also, make sure to hunt!)
2 canteens of water (10 uses each if you take small sips!)(5 if they are big!)
500 gold coins
