So in the fortune festival there are four leaf clovers that you can use to buy special items from the festival store. How do I get those four leafed clovers?

Arkhantha made a guide for festivals it may help you out
You can get them from nurturing, exploring/battling in the 3rd region Astryl's Vale, or if any players are selling them on the trade broker, you can buy them there.
