I only just bought a pet dye on the trade broker but I never received it. The seller is the one in red in the picture - what is going on?

Is it in your Trades or hiding somewhere in your Inventory?

It's in my trades, the gold I spent is gone, but the dye never appeared in my inventory. I ended up purchasing another dye right after and it all went welll... I don't understand. And the seller's name is in red in the list while the others are not...

That just indicates if they are online or offline.
And I meant your like trades - your 'mail'.

Nope. Nothing there. Oh well. It's only a game and fake gold so... No big deal :-)

Haha. Don't worry just yet. I can find it. I just gotta dig into the database.
I usually try to cover the basics though before going immediately to that step. I'll take a look when I get a chance.
