I make a lot of designs on the generator for different thing; project designs, challenges with my friends, competitions, or just for fun! I really like the way the generator is set up now, but I would like it if we could create folders (or just have some already) within our own saved designs.

For example, if you made designs for yourself, and designs for other people, it would be useful to ba able to save your personal designs into a seperate place from the others so that if you only wanted to look at those ones, you could look in the specific folder.

I agree wholeheartedly! There are so many things in the generator which could be added to increase efficiency.

I also think that generator folders would be better if not limited to the way they're saved in the creator's account. So many times I've publicly saved designs just to have them shoved off the page by dozens of others that look exactly the same except for a colour and a name. If the people who use the generator have fifty Bulbories for each different kind of gemstone, then it would save a lot of space and frustration if they were all organised into a one-unit folder for people to look at if they were interested.

For more diverse designs that are released over a longer period of time, a similar "Collection" feature could be used to sort designs in the generator. Say that I wanted to have a whole series of element-inspired Sylesties; they'd all be saved under the same label in a fashion not unlike that of the Party feature. Then, with collections, comes the prospect of getting notifications when a new design in a collection is created. From there one could Favorite as he or she wishes.

So there was my long rant about that. Feel free, everyone, to ignore this unnecessary elaboration and follow up on the real suggestion above this post.
