Hi, I am a twenty-year-old University student. I look pretty and have a good posture. But, I have small boobs. My friends always tease me for that. I feel jealous when I see busty women. My boyfriend also prefers bigger breasts. When I discussed this matter with my mother, she told that they will become big and fuller when I am around twenty-five. She said that she also had smaller ones till that age. My friend had undergone a breast augmentation from London Ontario and she is very happy with the results. Should I also get the surgery done, or do I need to wait longer? At what age your breasts stop developing? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Actually that's a very bad idea. MANY women who get that tend to regret it later, and not to mention that it might just put you in danger + possible complicated side effects. The procedure to get the augmentation removed is complicated and risky.
If you already think that you are pretty and have a good posture, then why on earth do you need bigger breasts? It's likely that your breasts are already growing in proportion to you.
Also remember that this surgery doesn't affect your friends or your boyfriend: It's ultimately you that will live with the consequences of your actions.
So if you're seriously considering this, then you need to stop thinking about what other people want. Friends and boyfriends come and go: you don't get that luxury.

I would definitely wait on that. It should not matter what other people think. If you friends and boyfriend really care for you and like you, they will accept you for who you are. Just as Amarok said, you have to live with the changes.
I'm not sure exactly when breasts stop developing, but one thing I do know, if you ever plan on having children in the future, most women's breasts get bigger after their first child. My Mom went up a size after she had me. Also, how tall are you?(you don't have to tell me) One of the bad side effects is that the taller you are, if you have larger breasts, they can cause back problems for you as you get older. I myself am taller then average, but thankfully my breasts are rather small. I'm in between an A and B cup, and I am quite happy with that. They don't get in the way and I'm not top heavy.
Seriously consider this and think about it. I would advise against it. You are still young and have plenty of time to grow. :)

Bodies never stop changing. Bust sizes can change every. Single. Year. Being busty is not all it's cracked up to be.
It is a shock to your body. There are many horror stories of rejection and infection, no matter how great the surgeon is. As mentioned by someone else, many women regret it later. It's not just breast augmentation. Any surgery can drastically affect your body.
If this is something you truly believe in your heart that you need this to be happy, then make a careful and considered decision... but it sounds like you are doing this for everyone else. If your boyfriend is concerned with the size of your chest then maybe there is something to discuss with him. If your friends are making you upset, tell them they are making you upset. If the bullying continues then perhaps it is time to find friends who love and respect you.
I'm 23, and I understand that right now you feel like this will help or you feel like your appearance matters a lot. Everyone is different, but it's entirely possible that three years later that you won't give two... craps. ;P
It doesn't matter what age you get this surgery, or if you are afraid of "development"... because any professional, trained, knowledgable bra fitter (sorry, La Senza doesn't have good fitters, go to a boutique) will tell you that your bust size changes throughout your entire life, so that doesn't matter. What matters is that you're doing this for the right reasons, and not for someone else's reasons.
Not to mention that cup sizes above DD can be $200 CAD. Cough.
