Ok so I've got a project going with my Ligh's and I was trying to do test breeding in the generator and it wont let me test breed two that I've already bred together. Are we not allowed to re-breed a pair?

How long since you last bred them? All females a cool-down period after being bred so that may be what is causing the problem. Lighira are a legendary species so they have a cool-down period of 7 days.

I clicked on the show females on CD since I was just doing test breedings. She would come up with other males but not that one I last bred him to. Other females would show for him but not her.

The only females that would show in the breeding area are those that are currently available for breeding (i.e not waiting for their cool down). If you go to that female's profile, does it show that she is unavailable for breeding?
To answer your first question, no there is no limit to the number of times you can breed compatable pairs.
I have had the breeding grounds go a bit glitchy in the past (claiming I couldn't breed two that I knew I could). Exiting out and going back in fixed it for me.

She is on CD but she shows up for other males. I wasn't trying to breed them just do a test breeding and made sure to click the button for even on cooldown.
