Hey Krin,

I just got my laptop today, but I can't see/access General Chat or any other chat rooms that are in the bar at the bottom of the screen.



I have included the screenshot to show what I'm seeing.

Additional information:
Laptop is an HP Stream 11.6"
Windows 8.1
Using Internet Explorer(just like on my tablet)

Let me know if there's any help that you can provide.

I would first try a different browser to see if it's IE related or device related.

Let me know if Chrome or Firefox work.

UPDATE: Chat is now working for me correctly on both Internet Explorer and on FireFox. :)

It looks like FireFox also can't pick up on the chat.

What do you want to check next?

It's working now. It looks like it might have been a hickup or communications glitch that got corrected.
