I'm not looking for the guide, I'm looking for the thread with the PDF Files for this months customs.
I'm not seeing it anywhere?

I could be mistaken, but I didn't think there was any items right now available for customizing. I think the last one was during the Valentine event but it's since expired.
Edit: I asked and there are none available for customizing at this time.

I had just seen some people "Placing Orders" ?
If they had previously made a custom can it be re-ordered again after the month?

Yes, that's what's happening. Once you've ordered a custom item, you can always order more copies and that allows people to set up shops to sell their custom avatar items.
Btw, I love your avatar! Very cute!
