Unfortunately, it seems that PayPal is having technical difficulties at the moment. We are not receiving any transactions in our account despite some saying that they received confirmation of a successful transaction.
I do not know if it is just delayed for some reason, which would mean that once it shows up everything will process normally. Or if there is an issue and the transactions are being lost and will never show up. I tried to contact PayPal but they are swamped atm which would make me assume that this issue is widespread.
We will keep track of this issue until it's resolved and will let everyone know what we know.
Please reply with any information you may have regarding the issue.

I was having a problem as well, I tried to buy something from the diamond shop and Paypal wouldn't accept my card. So I guess that explains it.

We are now receiving transactions once again.
I do not know if they are new transactions though or ones just finally being processed. However, they are indeed working again it would seem.
If you submitted a transaction earlier that has not yet processed, I would check your account to see if the funds have been deducted or not before submitting another transaction.
As always though, if there is an erroneous transaction and you do not actually use the Diamonds, we can refund your purchase within a timely manner.

did they say how long it would take to be able to see if the transaction went through? I only ask because i still dont see anything

I have not talked with them directly. I tried to call earlier but I was just on hold and it was just saying over and over about how they were experiencing a very unexpected high amount of calls lol. So I eventually hung up.
If they are still open, I would probably call them yourself since you'll be able to provide your transaction details that you received. We still haven't received anything from those transactions so I would have nothing to provide them with.

Just a FYI, but my diamonds/payment stuff have come through. So paypal might be fixed.
