Will the ingredients be usable next year?

I dunno. All of mine I saved from last year expired. I guess not?

The baking feature may or may not be present again next year, and most likely the ingredients will be expired after this festival, but might be exchanged for a small amount of gold or tokens. So it's best to use up what ingredients you have as much as possible.
