Basically, I'm looking for a small group of three to five people to do a Sylestia roleplay with. The roleplay would focus around Sylestis first and foremost, and would involve both tame or wild Sylestis. The Sylestis can either be your pets, a random/released pet, or a generated pet that doesn't actually exist. As such, humans won't play a big role, but feel free to use your avatars if you'd like.

The plot is currently a work in progress, but I was planning for it to involve a group of wild "street" Sylestis living in a big city, who are at war with the tame city Sylestis. The tame Sylestis think the wild ones are savages, and the wild ones think the tame Sylestis are "human toys." The RP would focus around one/a few Sylesti(s) who want to make peace between their two warring factions, but don't know how to. The slots that need taking will be listed below.

Depends on the definition of 'role-playing'. The sort of role-plays like D&D? Since 5 years back, but a different game than D&D. Those that involved acting, like drama or just kids having fun and taking up roles like 'I'm the president!'? Since I was born. Those that involved writing? Hmmmmm... if just 'writing' counts as we write from our characters' perspectives, then since 8 years ago. Those like this Roleplay? I'm quite new - 4-6 years back a minimum.

What a lovely day... He snickered as his eyes caught sight of his classmates. There they were, enjoying their picnic without so much as a care for the world around them. It was....annoying.... A growl escaped him as he closed his eyes, allowing his head to come to a rest on his drawn up knees. "Why wouldn't they invite me?"

Sure, he was a problem student - always causing trouble, getting into fights, disrespecting teachers and just overall being apathetic and aloof... none of those were welcoming traits, traits that would shout 'Hey! I'm a friendly guy!' But after last Tuesday... He thought that'd change... Guess he was wrong.

A tear trickled down his cheeks as the laughter of his classmates reached his ears, his hands balling into tight fists. It isn't fair... It isn't fair... It isn't fair...! No one loved him, no one liked him. He was all alone. Was he that much of an outcast? Tears growing in volume, he cried, his body trembling as he despaired.

"Hey, Fallen?" He looked up. "Wanna come join us?"

'Dark', a relative term, in this case mainly means seriousness, due to Cocoa's usual playful nature. Such a personality switch, however, is seen only under certain circumstances.

While usually quiet and lethargic, Kaseki doesn't mind some noisiness to disturb him, and treats fellow friends and family with kindness, and is often viewed as a brother of sorts to younger sylestis. Strangers beware, however, for this male doesn't take too kindly to wandering souls.

Yet, despite her flaws, one thing is certain, once she makes a true friend, that friendship will last and she'll do anything to keep her true friends safe and alive.

He had been walking uphill for hours. The sun was blazing and there was no shade anywhere. Rocks and waistland as far as the eye could reach. A small mercy was the somewhat cool wind, providing some relief as it was gliding over his overheated skin.

Personality: Playfull, friendly, curious, somewhat naive at times.
Pet's role: ex. tame, currently street sylestie (but heart lies with peacemaking so he will probably leave the wild street sylesties at some point for this.)
Other information: When Swift was still an eggling, hunters stole him from his mothers nest. Somewhere along the way, they lost his egg, and an elderly woman found it. This elderly woman took great care in nurturing his eggling, and even greater care once he hatched. Soon after Swift hatched, the elderly woman was forced to move to the city because she could no longer take care of the house at the country side.
Swift was pamperd and loved by this elderly lady, untill 2 years after he hatched, she died of old age. The elderly lady had no children or family to take care of Swift, so instead people came to bring him to the pound. Swift was afraid and sad and didn't know what to do. Before he made it to the pound however, sylesties attacked the transport he was inside off and broke him out. Swift was taken with these street sylesties, his new family. And though he is gratefull the street sylesties took him in, he hates how tamed sylesties are hated by these street sylesties. A part of him wishes to be a tamed sylestie once more, with a nice and friendly owner. But he is afraid to say this and so hides this, while also trying to make the other sylesties less spitefull and hatefull towards tamed sylesties and their humans.

Because of his history as tamed sylestie, he is rather bad at hunting and providing for himself so he is often stuck with looking after the hatchlings or safe jobs. Street sylesties are training him in these skills however.

Also because of his history as a tamed sylestie, he gets different types of attention. Sylesties who use him as an example that street is better then tamed, and they ''rescued'' Swift and shown him the right way. Sylesties who don't care either way, as long as he is on their side now. And Sylesties who don't think he is worthy to be part of the street sylesties.

The bandana he wears was a gift from the elderly lady which she used to wear herself when she was younger. Even now on the streets, he wears his bandana as it is the only link to her and considers it his greatest and only treasure. Not that he tells the other street sylesties this.

Other information: When he was young, he was wild and fierce and led street sylesties in their ungoing battles with tamed sylesties. He had no good words to spare for tamed. For years he battled, and was respected and loved by the street sylesties. Then everything changed when a mysterious adventurer saved him from a deadly blow. He and the adventurer got stuck together for a while and while they where, they grew closer. As friends, equals. Nanashi grew fond of this human. He learned that all these years he had been wrong and planned to show this to his fellow street sylesties. This did not go well. They believed he had been brainwashed, had betrayed them and begged him to cut all contact with the adventurer. But he couldn't. Nor could he stay and be part of a tribe or pack that was doing something he could not agree with. He left, and with it his position as leader. Nanashi currently is trying to reach tamed and street sylesties alike, with the help of his human friend if possible, to stop fighting and understand eachother, respect eachother.

Nanashi isn't truly tamed because he isn't owned by anyone. He choses to stay with the adventurer, but is free to leave whenever he wishes.

He is both praised as an legendary leader, as well as mocked for his current status by those who see him a traitor.


The wings he has are summonable, meaning he only has them visible when he is flying or about to fly. Every other time he doesn't have them visible.
