Right now I'm on my sister laptop, which working fine on this website. The problem is my laptop, I can't seem to get the page to load. All I seem to get is this ERR_CONNECTION_RESET page. I've tried everything I can think of like cleaning out the cache and DNS Flushing. I've tried direct IP connection and all I get a sorry page by singlehop. I'm not sure what to do now. Any ideas?

Can you take a screenshot for me? I'm not sure what they would be.

Do you use any type of security program? If so, try disabling it or whitelisting our site.

Could be any type of security program that protects the internet, most likely.

I tried that several times yesterday. I have Norton, so I don't know if I'm doing it right. I'll have to look it up.

I'm not familiar with the software itself, but there should be a way to either disable internet protection, disable it entirely, or at least whitelist Sylestia so that it isn't restricted.

Thanks, ian
