I have a similar issue. I was quite shocked to see a huge influx of new pets and it looks like it wasn't just due to my not paying as close attention as normal to my breeding. I haven't had time to go through everything yet, but I know this fellow is a bit confused

There are five in my stables and one in my hatchery. He shows as an adult, but the view stable button is the move to stable one instead and the previous and next pets are both hatchery instead of stable.

I'm sure there are others, but it's going to take me awhile to wade through them all. I guess this is telling me I have too many projects. :-P

Edit: It looks like there is a group of pets that were duplicated at least four times. I'm trying to organize them, but it'll have to wait until I can get on my PC tomorrow. There are seven of 1623190, at least five of 1623171, and 1623151. While I was going through them another set showed up in my stables. I'm getting a little worried that I might lose real pets due to all of these duplicates taking up my stable space!

Okay, these all were doubled in my stables a couple of minutes ago, but now I only have one lone copy of each.... all of which really should be released, not in my stables XD

Seems this was a wide spread issue... but I'm not really sure what the source is/was.

I made some changes to the scripts in hopes of preventing it from continuing. I also ran a script to parse everyone's stable pets to remove duplicates, remove released pets, and remove pets from Hatcheries if they're in Stables.

So... hopefully this will solve everything related to this.

All fixed on my end~ Not sure if this observation helps at all, but the duplication only seemed to happen with the unnamed pets i had for sale that moved from my hatchery to my stables this evening. All named, not for sale pets had no duplication, even though they moved to the stable at the same time (not sure if that helps pinpoint the underlying issue, but thought I'd mention it).
