I am trying to do a six vis project and i want to know if a grand father can breed to his grand daughter?

Yup. Every pet can breed to each other except sibling to sibling and parent to child.

short answer: yes
long answer: what babaaeyes said lol (was gonna say no sibling-sibling nor direct parent-direct child, otherwise, if they're separated by entire lines, so long as one isn't the parent/child of another, its cool)
