well, it is only monthly item that can be customized i think, but you need to draw it yourself (or have someone else do it for you) and then you submit it for 100 diamonds

So what you do is either download the custom PDF on the page linked above, or there are many people who do customs for others, in the Customs forum, that you can order your custom from. Then what you do is you send Krinadon an email. with the Information Below.

Title of PM: Custom Avatar Item
Name of Item: Replace with what you want the item to be called
Additional Copies: Replace with how many additional copies you want of the item. If none, then put 0.
Link to File: Replace with link to your item's image - must be a .png file
--------------------------------------------
Once he has approved your custom he will deduct the total cost of ordering the custom Which is 100d + however much the object would have cost to buy from the Diamond store (I actually have a FaQ that discusses this right here if you want to know more) + 100d per copy if you get copies and He sends you the Item so that you can equip it.
The item shows in your inventory like this
and in your Wardrobe like this

Oh! I think I understand now! Thank You, but I'm using Internet Explorer so the png files don't work for me or something. Like the link doesn't work for me, and my dad refuses to get a different type of internet so I cant really do this. :(
But that's okay, but thank you so much for explaining this to me, I was so confused.

No chrome and no Safari, only on my tablet, but I prefer to play Sylestia on my computer. I have BEGGED my dad to get chrome or FireFox but he just doesn't want to!
And it doesn't work, as in it doesn't let me go in/ visit/ see/ use the website
