How do you get a Sylesti Essence for the generators?

You can buy them in the trade broker, nurture pet and they drop them( rarely), battle pets in zones and they drop then( uncommon but better chances than nurturing) or buy in the diamond shop

You can also occasionally get essences from mission satchels, both regular and enhanced.
