I was (and still am) doing the tutorial, when i entered Esior's Fields to explore it for a quest i got stuck in a battle and I can't attack or do anything I have pressed the 'Stuck In Battle' button many times... but it says 'There was an error, you are not stuck in battle'. Could someone help me?

Wait, how can you not attack...?
The stuck in battle button doesn't do anything and it never did and probably never will.

The Stuck in Battle button only removes you from a battle that the servers sees you as stuck in. Usually this is if you're in a battle without any enemies, for example.
What specifically is happening when you're trying to attack?
Be sure to select your ability, then target the enemy, then click 'End Turn'.

I have a similar problem that i have been experiencing since the fall festival only in my case i have to click on the target at least 2-3 times before it recognizes that i did select it. I have tried troubleshooting my mouse and track pad by changing which i use shutting off my track pad and even connecting a different usb mouse and nothing has worked so far. Also i am sorry for just adding to this thread i wasn't sure if this was worthy of a new thread since it is similar and didn't want to PM the admins with every little problem. any help from fellow players/admins is very much appreciated

Oh! I had a similar issue during the FF, and it might be still going, but I'd have to check since I rarely battle outside the fests/new zones when they open. My touchpad took three/four clicks to register that I was clicking on the enemy. I assumed it was just my new laptop being fickle, though, since when I connected a wireless mouse it worked with a single click like normal.

Hm. Not too sure what would cause that.
Is it possible you were accidentally double clicking? That would cause you to target and then instantly un target the enemy.
Other than that though, I'm not too sure what the cause would be.

thank you for the insight and ideas unfortunately like i said in my original post the peripheral input source doesn't affect whether or not it happens and as a trouble shooting idea i very carefully clicked in the last battle i was in but it was still doing it but i went to get something to drink at one point after selecting the attack and when i came back it took only one click to select the target but for the next attack it did it again

Does this mean I'm now NOT the only one? ^^
((BTW, I think my wireless mouse also worked fine with clicking when I was using it.))
