Mm, about 300k-400k (edit: this price is depending on if I like the trait, and assuming its a vis trait; if it's carried traits only, the price would be lower). Here are some spare items I can add, if under 400k.

Would you take 200k-250k? (Ethereal armor isn't really to my liking, so it's a lower price than what I mentioned in my above post)
You can ask for a mix of items from my post above. ;w; (While I try to offer high on HDs, I have to save my gold, and would love to offer items in exchange)

Well an egg purebred on other selling(I have checked are 500kg and up. So would you be willing to do a 450kg offer I am pretty sure I can do that one.

Oh, I was thinking you meant an HD that came as an egg, not a bred one. I'm not buying those, sorry.

Items are fine! I'm interested in the Staff of Passion and Ice Claw Staff of Supremacy, but I'm not entirely sure what they're worth. Cheapest on the trade broker is 125k and 75k respectively though, not sure if that's what they're actually worth. I think I'll think about it a little more.
