You need Pokemon X or Y and an internet connection on your 2DS or 3DS for this.
So I have chain bred a special spooky ralts for Halloween which I'm going to give away to everyone who wants one free. What makes it special and spooky? That's for those who gets one to find out (Hey, surprises are fun). But you will get the hint that this little guy is quite the ghostly little ghoul.
Since it is a wireless trade, the easiest way is to trade Friend Codes rather then trying to find eachother in GTS. So my friend code is:

To get a ralts just fill out this form and ping me and it'll be all yours (Just send me a junk pokemon in the trade. Though Scatterbug from different countries are gladly welcome)
