Well I am battling a large group of zombies and no matter what I do I can't seem to even get close to beating them. Even if I take a few down another takes its place and they do too much damage for me to stay in, even using items which I have now depleted. Any ideas on tactics? I have the max of 3 in my party, all my level up points have been assigned as well as proficiencies. My party is all fully equipped with items too. Sort of stuck, can anyone help, I'd really appreciate it!

Congrats on beating them! In general with hordes, always aim for the strongest enemy in the group, leaving the weak ones for you to take out later. For example, a risen soldier can do a LOT less damage than an arch mage or undead knight which are both enemies that you would be best to avoid battling more than one of at a time if possible.
