I know it's kind of a random question, but is there anyone on here who fences?

I wish, sadly though I do not. The closest I've gotten is swinging sticks around against my brother and sister.
We don't do it so much anymore.

I might do it. I was thinking of doing but practices are 2 hours. Can anyone tell me if it's worth it?

Lol, I wish I fenced, but there aren't any schools around my area. I've fenced a bit in my camp, on the wii, and in my head, but that's about it. XD I really want to more, but I can't. :c

Yes, practice is two hours, but where I live some people leave after around an hour and half, and some stay the whole time. If you're not sure, I recommend maybe just going to give it a try for a bit. It might be different where you live, but the place I fence at lets people do the first day for free.

Same. I did the first day, and I really liked it. Now I have to decide between basketball and fencing. Plus homework.

I started fencing this year! Practices are two hours a day, three days a week, with an extra three hours Thursday night where you can free fence and work with the captain to improve. I absolutely love it! Definitely worth the time if you enjoy swordplay even a little bit.

Used to. Definitely an awesome experience. Got to know my friends and peers better. I even earned a 7th place medal in my first tournament. It was the first time the tournament hosted a first year's tournament though. Lucky. Yes, if you like swordplay, you'll probably like it. That's why I joined my school's team.
