Hello! I'm looking to buy a Tagged Starry Night Lighira from the Summer Festival's Wheel.

I've got 4 MILLION gold that I'm willing to pay for one! I'll also toss in my 40 diamonds for good measure.

I've also got these wheel pet offspring to add to the deal, they are all purebred offspring. In addition to this I can offer a baby from the joint 6-Vis RL Lig project that I'm going with Maddytivon.
