Can pets level up after level 60? I've got a couple of pets at level 60, and the points look like 379,168/106,252 for example... Is it blocked because I haven't gone far enough in the game, or is there another reason?

There is a level cap on pets. The highest cap currently is level 60. The cap will be raised when more of the region and game is released in the future.
