Is it common to get randomly logged out from Sylestia? I remember a few times it said "You've bee logged out , this happens when you've been logged in elsewhere" or something like that. But sometimes that message doesn't even show, and I know i don't log in anywhere else x:

That can happen any time the site has been down for maintenance at any point, and if you left without logging out before the down time. It has happened to me too. I think it's normal. :)

The site will log you out every so often if you have been on without logging in and out for a few days. I believe this is to prevent scamming of the account and game.

You can also get logged out if you are doing something where you need to verify you are a person such as nurturing sylesties. (Click on the square and you click the circle)

And yes, site maintenance can also log you out. Generally though, cloud flare errors will not.

If the site logs you out, it doesn't give you a message. Only if you log in somewhere else without logging out from the original place first.

Hmm it's weird because some of what you posted doesn't seem to align with most of my log outs. I get the one with the message but one problem I have with that is that I only log onto my account from one computer.. and unless someone got my PW and just logs me in and does nothing to my account.. then that's kind of weird... and I never seen any "verify you are a person", what square and what circle? I've done several nurturing actions and never seen that oO

Have you had to clear your cookies recently or have your browser set to do it automatically? That will cause seemingly random logouts as the cookie is what enables you to stay logged in to the site. Or if you've switched browsers, that can cause an auto logout. There are a lot of things that can cause you to be logged out but without more details it's almost impossible to narrow down the list.

Hmmm... That's kind of strange. Those reasons are usually the reasons why that happens. Well, me using an iPad, my only problem has nothing to do with Sylestia. If you were using a mobile, I might help you, but...

Are you using different browsers to log in? If I switch between I.E and chrome, that happens to me.

As for the verify your a person thing, it only happens after so many nurtures (I can't remember the exact number) So if you haven't nurtured a ton of them in a row, you probably wouldn't see it. (I know it's less than 150 nurtures though)

Changing your pw might also be a good idea just as an added security measure, but in all honesty, if nothing on your account is missing/ added, I.E. Everything is how you left it, then I wouldn't be super concerned about it even if it is a little annoying.

I did have to clear my history not too long ago but I knew that was going to log me out, my browser isn't set for auto clearing.. too much of a hassle to relog on everything every time I close the browser...

I also only use one browser on this computer.. I do have Firefox on here but it doesn't have the bookmark for Sylestia nor does it have the log-in information. And no I don't log onto syl from a mobile device.

I'm starting to think it's a slight glitch in the system but I guess next time it does it I'll write down what I was doing. It doesn't happen too often but when it does it's annoying. The random log-out does happen to me on another site that uses cloud-flare but never at the same time, but it never tells me why =/

Lol, my logouts is because Apple is failing. The IOS updates...gr... Well, maybe it's the background app refresh?
