Okay, so my mother wants to join because she finds it an adorable game but it won't let her. It says we already have two accounts here. Me and my sister both have an account so I guess that's what they are talking about but what do I do?

Hmm...well I guess this is up to Krinadon, because I never seen that arise, but I've seen several families play this game together.
Does your mom have an email to use separate from the emails you and your sis used for your accounts?

Well, I think the only thing you can do is tell Krinadon just because you guys all have the same IP address, you're all separate people...
