So this may or may not be a dumb question, but I've been wondering for a while. This is hard to explain, but for example last night I captured a rare, wild pet with blue stars and everything. This pet had no genes visible so I expected it to carry something but after I captured it I found it had no carries. Same goes for any other pet I capture (uncommon and rare, never caught an epic before), if I can't visibly see a gene, then it won't have any carries. Not sure if it's just me. Is this because I don't genetically test/scan them that I can't see them?

Sorry if this was super confusing or I'm just being paranoid

Probably just bad luck. I caught an uncommon aurleon with zebra finch carried gene... It could always be that the genes are hidden?

It probably has carries. If you don't test them you won't see any, it'll just say none. I have one of the test kits with unlimited uses, if you want to send the pet in question over I can test it for you.
