i found a sylesty egg and it said my stables were too ful, my hatchery isnt full yet why did it release it?

Perhaps you need to buy an extra tab in your stable before you can have anything else in your hatchery. That hasn't happened to me yet so I don't know why it didn't let you keep it in your hatchery for now.

once I've had my stables completely full with multiple hatchery tabs, but it still let me collect the one i found. Bug maybe?

IDK doesn't really make sense, usually if ur stables r full ur allowed to still take or make pets if they go in ur hatchery, but once they become an adult they will be released, if ur stables are still full.
