While looking at my Puffadores' carried traits my friend noticed that when Bone Collar is Paired with Jewled wings on the female you can see the bone on the fur tuft through the wings. Here is the picture:

I think you're supposed to see through parts of the wings. But it is odd how the bone sort of pokes out of the wing sorta. .-.

Yes, the wings are supposed to be transparent.
But the issue at hand is that the layering is off.
Take for example the feathered wings, they're just as solid.
However, I like the placement of the bone collar/bands in particular here. Kinda goes along with the wings. But otherwise, it's noticeable on jeweled wings.
