I have only seen them in Sweet Blossom, and in Fungus Grove so far.
Now seen in Nightfall Bandit Camp, and Nightfall Dungeon. (which is weird since they avoid "scary" places right?? Dungeons are scary...)

I think they are almost everywhere. I leveled up some Arena pets today and saw them in every location in the Viridian Meadows. I didn't go everywhere in Umbra Forest, but I saw them there too. They're also lurking around in the Astryl's Vale locations.
