HI I just started, I'm really enjoying the game and figuring it all out. I"m wondering though and i can't find anything that's correct on the google. Anyways can i use a magic pie on an egg and if so how? Thanks

Short answer, no.

You can only use a magic pie on a hatchling or an adolescent and it does different things depending on which you use it on. The description on the pie says specifically. To use one, you click on the pet and then click the genetic philter button. This will list all philters you have that can be used. Then select magic pie from the list.
