With this spring festival Ive come across quite a few themed pets (thank you Krinadon)

But I have noticed that most themed pets Ive come across are naked (missing the visual genes/mutations of that theme). How do I go about making my pets more like the full theme? How do I know what mutations and genes to get as the themed pet codex has pics but not genetic stats?

Eg paper peony Faelora

G1: (GG) Numbat
G2: (NN) None
G3: (CC) Orchid
M1: (GG) Vine Flowers
M2: (NN) None
M3: (DD) Flowered Headress

The image in the codex is just for display purposes. I'd like to say that the traits are mostly randomised, but I'm not entirely sure. The traits above are what the fae in the codex has displayed, if you like the look of the traits on a theme in the codex, you can copy the image link and paste it into the generator to see what traits it has as well as play around with other possible trait combinations that you might like! Themes are defined by their colours, not so much their traits (unless they're restricted trait themes).

Quite a large number of the wild caught tagged pets from the zone, will be rare, with only have 2 trait points (ie, one visible trait or two carried traits, just using your faes as an example!). If you're a little bit luckier, you may encounter an epic (4 trait points) or legendary (6 trait points) theme! These wild-caught themes can have genetic mutators used on them to add one additional trait. Using a greater genetic mutator will let you choose any regular trait you'd like, which a lesser one will pick a random trait for you.

If you'd like to make a theme similar to the image above, or a 6-vis theme, you'd have to do so by breeding faes together that have the traits you'd like over several generations until you make it to the desired outcome! If you'd like any advise in starting a breeding project, I'd be happy to help!

Oh oh OH! Thank you so much. I never knew that! Dang now I gotta lot of copy pasting to do.

So generally speaking there will never be a wild 6vis creature.

So in order to create what I see in the codex I need to use a greater genetic mutators each gen to finally create the wanted result.

How many pets do I need to start with the create a 6 vis?

Thank you

Greater Genetic Mutators will only work on tamed pets, not their offspring! They are also optional, but will make the breeding process much faster as well as getting you your desired traits instantly.

At the very least, you will be needing 3 pets to start off with, and all 6 trait slots need to be covered (so as an example, Pet A has G1 and M3 carry, Pet B has G2 and G3 carry, and Pet C has M1 and M2 carry), but that would be quite slow. So more is better, as well as the GGMs (Greater Genetic Mutators).

Here you can find a guide Xavi wrote up about making 6 vis projects! It will explain things a bit more in depth!

No generally about it! It is entriely impossible to find a wild 6v!
The max vis on a wild sylesti is those miniscule chance 4v mythicals- mythical rarity (red star) sylesti have 8tp, so 4v, or 3v2c, or 2v4c, or 6c
