For whatever reason, pouch tasks (ie "Earn Contest Reward Pouch from Contests" tasks) ignore the notif toggle being turned off. I have the toggle switched off, but have gotten a 'festival task completed!' PM for both quests I have completed (1 pouch & 5 pouches). This bug does not bother me but I felt it was weird enough to report it regardless!

I would have to completely change how the server side script works or add a lot of inefficiencies to the script to check for this. So, unfortunately, at this point I think just gonna have to deal with it as is until I can come up with a better solution.
