Rixva's battler's guide will help figure out what equipement will help each of your pets depending on their elements and use.

Lehana's Gold Guide to figure out how to get some funds started along with Hundenelsker's Guide to Mission Pets so you know how to set up your pets proprely to get as much reward from missions as possible.

And finaly Xavi's 6-vis Breeding Guide to get you situated with breeding once you decide to go for specific traits.
