In addition to Festival Battleboards and Nurtureboards, I suggest "help others create Themed pets" boards. During the Spring Festival, for example, there would be "Gardenboards," for helping plants. Help an Aeridini plant, get 1 Aeridini point, etc.

Ooh I love this idea! Especially because, as more people become more competitive in boards, boards be less of an option for casual players.

Plus, incentive to help other players. :D

It would really help on getting the bonus on plants too. I fell like I can only ever get bonus with quick dry.

i love this idea especially for those of us that cant do the normal boards without hurting ourselves from our medical conditions such as carpal tunnel
i can do only 1 contest and only for the first 2 days because the fast/constant pace of the nurture/battle boards causes my hand to go numb from pain. This idea could spread out the player base a bit more so everyone isnt trying for the same thing

Hmmm I do think boards for the theme creations would be a tad too much pay to win as you can just easily buy agents with diamonds if it's a tight competition. But I do think a less time intensive board would be nice for the mentioned reasons by Edme. Like release boards is already pretty nice for that!

Perhaps something like Named defeated with [insert species of pet]? Missions finished with [insert species of pet], with higher difficulties awarding more points? Those one would depend on checking in regularily and time management rather than grinding!
