My Sylesti Ice Sculptures say "melting" and "cracked..." Is that bad? I'd assume so.
If so, how can I fix it?!?!? I have no materials for ice sculpting at all.

You'll need sculpting agents to fix them. You can buy them with gold from the trade broker (under Type: Miscellaneous), try to find them in the festival exploration zone, potentially win them from other fest things like snow wars or winter wonderland, or just ask other players in chat to help your sculptures for you.
