So I wont go into the whole story as to how I stumbled upon this, but according to my inventory page when I try to put my Lucky Mutators on the trade broker it says there are 8 listed. However, I have checked every category on the broker looking for them and I can't find them anywhere.

Heh. Yea, the Trade Broker is kind of a disaster as this point.
I "fixed" it. They should now appear under the "Philter" category.
