There's two things I was thinking about regarding the diamond spending tier rewards. One I already brought up to Krin and the other I saw someone else posting but I agree is a good idea.

The first is that if the ultimate prize is also winnable from a forum game that the diamond sale should go a bit past to give people time to try to attempt getting it by spending. If not that, perhaps having slightly different color variations would work instead. I would hate to spend all my way to the dragon but then I got it from a vorpa egg that I can't see how it's hatched yet. Though I do appreciate there also being a potential way to win the dragon for those who can't afford to spend that much as well. So I feel a bit torn.


The other thing that someone else brought up was that they had already spent diamonds and would have waited had they known. I guess come to think of it that that applies to me as well since I bought a couple stables I think at the start of the fest. It'd be helpful if either we knew for sure when there'd be diamond spending tiers or that at least any diamonds we spent previously since a fest started count still.

I do hope that at least the dragons will be available again somehow during Black Friday.

i definitely think it would be nice to have a heads up during the start of the fest that there will be a diamond progression event so people can either use the event to stock up or they can hold onto purchased diamonds.

as for the winning a prize from a contest and from the progression event, i like that thats a feature because it means that nothing in the game is pay-to-win, you always have a chance (even if its very slim) that you could win it. that being said, (correct me if im wrong because i never wanted those items) what if they were tradeable? then if people ended up with both they could sell one.

given that its a prize that is entirely RNG based and nearly impossible to get, i dont see much of a problem with it being the same as from a diamond progression, but i could definitely see the frustration with ending up with two of them.

edit to add: i misread part of what was in the original post my bad. i do support having the diamond progression run a bit longer so if people do want to get it but dont get it from the high stakes breeding, they can at least try to buy it from the event. ^
