Is there a way to search for a vey highly statted pet on the advanced search? If so, how?

There is no way to search by stats specifically, but there are some ways to narrow the search.
Many max and super stat projects are sold infertile, so you can click the infert icon on the far right of AS to only include those pets.
There are also non-stat infertile pets for sale, though, so you could also add a minimum price. 100k might be a good one - it'd be very rare to find a max stat pet for less than that, and pretty rare for a non-stat pet to go for higher (except some themes, but those are generally sold fertile).
You could also take a look at the Pet Marketplace forum to find people who sell stat pets and search by user name as well.
