To those that bully, don't. If your having problems of your own, don't take it out on others. Talk to a trusted friend or adult, get help, there are people that will help you.
To those that are suffering, know that your not alone, talk to a trusted friend or adult about it. Keep up the good fight, even if there doesn't seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel, there is, and you'll get there. Know that people like you, know that people care about you, know that there are even people that you haven't even met, who are rooting for you!
