Hey!! I'm going to be making a thing about a few of my pets.
This was highly inspired by War Of The Sylesties

A long time ago, before humans inhabited the world, Sylesties lived in groups known as tribes. Some of the tribes lived with multiple different types while others lived alone, isolated from others. This story is about a family in the Ryvorpa (Ryori/Sylvorpa) tribe who is a bit different from the rest. This family is known for always having mist (not the normal 'mist') surrounding their bodies. No Sylesti knows how or where they got this unique trait but many are interested in it. Especially a very helpful Sylvorpa by the name of Shadow. This Sylesti usually watches the family in the shadows, always hidden from view. Join and watch as this tribe tries to discover the mysteries of this family and Shadow tries to help them hide.

Just note you may add your own characters (any kind) to the story if you'd like <3 (Private chat!!)

Shadow

(Unknown origins) Shadow is a very sneaky but kind Sylvorpa. Her parents taught her to be mean and to stalk the mist family but she just wants to help them out

Maine was talking with her best friend, Axiom. The two Ryoris were bored and had nothing better to do. 'So, how is Dustie?' Axiom asked. 'He's doing fine, just like all the other hatchlings.' Maine replied with a kind smile 'Maybe we should go see Weixian, we have nothing better to do anyways.' Axiom said and got up. Weixian was the guardian of the hatchery, so she fights to keep the hatchlings safe. 'I don't see why not. Its always fun to visit her.' Maine and Axiom got up and went over to the hatchery. Where Weixian was sitting. 'Good morning Weixian.' Maine said to the lovely Sylvorpa. 'Ah good morning you two. Suppose your here to check on Dustie?' Weixian asked. 'Actually, we were bored and decided to come see you.' Axiom said and sat down next to her. Maine slithered over to her other side and sat down as well. 'Have any of the hatchlings got sick at any point this year?' Maine asked curiously. 'Hmmm, not that I can think of yet. All the hatchlings are a lot healthier than last year, surprisingly.' Weixian said to the Ryori. After a while of chatting, the two Ryoris went off and back to the Ryori Dens. Dens were separated by type of Sylesti, in this tribe, at the least. 'Its still morning... lets hope leader doesn't make us go on a patrol.' Maine said as she slumped down. 'Yep. Lets just have hope.' Axiom said and rolled over next to her. There were two leaders, the Sylvorpa leader and the Ryori leader. As you would expect, The Sylvorpa leader leads the Sylvorpa's and the Ryori leader leads the Ryori's. Its not uncommon to bump into either of these leaders.

Shadow sat on a branch watching Maine and Axiom. She and her family had been interested in the Misted ones for many years, but not in a good way. She was taught as a child that they are bad people, and need to be destroyed so their bloodline cannot go on. Shadow usually stalks them to protect them also to see if they are what her parents thought of them. So far she has noticed they aren't too bad. Though she hasn't tried approaching them yet, she hopes too soon. Shadow was ordered by her mother to try go get closer to this family and find their secrets, but she wants to help them and keep them away from her family, so she watches them, pretending to do what her mother says but to actually make sure none of her family members try to approach them.

Shadow was still sitting on her branch until she heard a creak beneath her. She quickly blended in with the shadows of the tree to make sure whoever was there didn't see her. she saw someone crawl up to another branch in the tree, but it was too dark so she couldn't make out who it was other than it being a Ryori. Shadow attempted to crawl closer to who it was and quickly interpreted the purple and elegant fog as a Purple Magma's, her best friend. 'Magma?' Shadow said as she hopped onto the branch beside him. 'Oh hey Shade, what are you doing up here?' The Ryori asked her. 'Just stalking people as usual.' She replied and watched Axiom and Maine carefully. Magma seemed to notice and shook her. 'Hellooo? Earth to shade' Shadow shook her head and glared at Magma playfully, not noticing that the ryori she was just watching were now looking at that tree.

'Hey, is that tree moving?' Maine asked and inspected the tree. 'Its probably just some sneaky Sylvorpa watching people, nothing to worry about.' Axiom replied and lifted himself about a inch off the ground. 'I guess your right, wanna fly for a bit?' The cheerful ryori asked as she did the same. 'Sure, but no going in the mud!' Axiom said playfully as he flew off and Maine followed.
