I didnt see the party limit increase button which was right in front of my face. So i clicked the expand the mission button not the party button. Is there a way to get more gold or to fix this ? so that i can continue?

There is no way to undo this. The only way to 'fix' it is to get more gold. How much is it, I can lend you some. The thing is, you will need that expand mission limit, so it doesn't matter too much.

You can get some mission pets (level 60+) and get money with them. Soon you will get the money. Selling things can help you, like things you get on this event.
If you look on Advanced Search for pets level 60-999 (sale price -> Ascending) you will find pets under 1000 gold each one. Put them 3 points in every stat (like 3 for health, 3 for dextery...) and send them to do missions. They will come back after a certain time with money and Satchels. If you open them you can get money, potions, elixires (?) or equipament.
