I'm struggling to find Casius Dusksong. I've gone through over a million pages easily and no sign of him. Is there something special you need to do to trigger the encounter?

Have you been fighting the battles or running/not instigating them?

About 50/50. I do interact with all the 'special' events and try to do most of the battles.

I'd say try both fighting and interacting with everything for a while (50-100 battles maybe? I honestly have no idea how many battles it should take, only that progression in region 1&2 is based on it) and if it still doesn't trigger any of the plot events tied to the quest maybe ping Krin?
